Englefield

This project on Englefield Road comprised an existing 3 storey residential building, forming 2 apartments, which we fully stripped out and refurbished, and added a new 2 storey side extension, to create a third apartment at the address.

Of great importance throughout the project was the close collaboration of Sullivan Brothers Construction and the project team: Lisa Shell Architects, the architects for the project; Hardman Engineers, the civil and structural engineers; and the client; The Benyon Estate.
