Project Details

DICE HQ was completed as a Design and Build. SBC used Sella’s stage 3 interior design and worked up drawings to stage 4 and 5. We then completed all the works within the client’s time frame and budget.

The stainless-steel panelling was a particularly difficult finish to achieve and this was done by ensuring the ply substrate was filled and sanded and snagged to perfection before applying the 2mm stainless steel panels.

We found having the project as D&B actually meant we had better control over the programme as we were in control of the information release and this allowed us more time to achieve the highest quality finish as seen in the finished photos.
